  • Order Info - items purchased, order history, and payment details are collected during checkout and in your Members page

  • Payment Info - card type, last 4 digits, and billing address are processed securely via our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.

  • Device/Usage Data - IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and  time on site are automatically collected via cookies + analytics tools

  • Communications - Messages you send us and email preferences are collected when you contact support or subscribe to updates

We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use industry-standard measures like SSL encryption, secure password hashing, and limited staff access to protect your account. But no site is 100% secure, so please use a strong, unique password for your Members login.
7. Data Retention
We keep account and order info as long as your account is active or as needed for legal/tax reasons. Deleted accounts are removed from our active database within 30 days, except for records we must keep for 7 years for tax compliance.
8. International Customers
The Payback Thrift is based in the United States. If you visit from outside the U.S., your info will be transferred and processed here. By using the site, you consent to that transfer.
9. Changes to This Policy
We will update this page if our practices change. We will post the new date at the top, and for major changes we will email members or show a banner on the site.
